Refund & Subscription Policy

1) Subscriptions & Billing
H-AI-LEY is offered as a subscription service. When you start a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout (e.g., monthly).
Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel.
2) Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already processed.
3) Refund Policy (General Rule)
Because H-AI-LEY is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
4) Exceptions (We’ll Make It Right)
We may approve a refund or credit in reasonable cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental purchase (contact us quickly)
- Billing errors caused by a technical issue on our side
Note: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
5) How to Request a Refund
Email us with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email on your H-AI-LEY account
- The approximate charge date
- A brief explanation of the issue
Some requests may require verification for account security.
6) Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, please contact us first so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account limitations until the dispute is resolved.
